All items available for purchase on our site are hand-painted, unique, and one-of-a-kind. Due to their personalized nature, no two items will be exactly the same. Please note that there may be slight variations in color and design from what appears on your screen due to different monitor settings.

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information required for the transaction. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or issues with payment.

We aim to process and ship all orders within 5-8 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and are the responsibility of the customer. Please note shipping for custom orders applies after the product has been completed.

Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. Any issues related to shipping should be handled directly with the carrier.

5. No Return & Exchange Policy

Because our items are hand-painted and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Please ensure that you have reviewed your order carefully before making a purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or repair depending on the case.

All prices are listed in US Dollars, and may be subject to change without notice. While we strive to maintain accurate pricing and availability information, we cannot guarantee that all details are completely accurate. In the event of an error in pricing or availability, we reserve the right to cancel or modify orders.

All orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed. As each item is hand-painted and unique, please allow time for careful packaging and preparation.

Note: Processing time may be extended during peak seasons or special promotions. If there will be a delay beyond the typical processing time, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, size, and weight of your order. We offer the following shipping methods:

Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days

Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days

Please note that these times are estimates and can vary based on the shipping carrier and the destination.

3. Domestic Shipping
